DIE SPRACHE DES LICHTES
Die konkrete Fotografie strebt nach einer reinen Fotografie, die nur sich selbst thematisiert und von Ikonografie und Symbolik losgelöst ist. Der 1929 in Basel geborene Fotograf Roger Humbert ist ein Pionier dieser Konkreten Fotografie und hat von den 1950er Jahren bis heute ein umfangreiches Werk hervorgebracht. In der Ausstellung Die Sprache des Lichtes präsentiert die Fabian & Claude Walter Galerie das vielseitige Oeuvre von Roger Humbert und arbeitet die Entwicklungsgeschichte der konkreten Fotografie anhand seiner Arbeiten – von Fotogrammen bis hin zur digitalen Spektralfotografie – auf.
